Data Flow

Data can move between systems in different ways

There is no single correct integration pattern. The architecture depends on data volume, update frequency, API capabilities and the underlying business process.

EVENT Transfer immediately after an event For example: a new lead or a confirmed order.
SCHEDULED SYNC Periodic synchronization For example: stock levels or reference data.

How integration works in real business processes

sales + erp

A manager creates an order in CRM. Once confirmed, the data is sent to ERP, and execution statuses are returned to CRM.

telephony

During an incoming call, CRM identifies the customer, opens the customer record and stores information about the conversation.

ecommerce

Orders from the website are automatically sent to CRM, linked to the customer and trigger the next processing steps.

logistics

CRM creates a shipment through the API, receives the tracking number and automatically follows delivery status changes.
